Borussia Dortmund secured their second successive Bundesliga
title after beating Borussia Monchengladbach 2-1 on Saturday.
Dortmund got their two goals through Jurgen Klopp’s and Ivan
Perisic in the 23rd and 6oth minute respectively.
Speaking in a report, Dortmund chief executive Hans-Joachim
Watzke said: ''The team played wonderfully today. I am pleased that Bayern won
in Bremen, otherwise we would not have experienced this today. A perfect
Saturday. To put in such a perfect performance shows the quality of the
team."
With two games left to play for Dortmund this season, they
have already secured enough points to be crowned German champions. They currently
have 75 points, and are being followed by Bayern Munich with 67 points.
