All Spanish Europa League final


Two Spanish teams Athletic Bilbao and Atletico Madrid made it through to this seasons Europa League final.
In the second leg of the semi final played on Thursday, Athletic Bilbao defeated Sporting Lisbon 3-1 (4-3 aggregate) while Atletico Madrid beat Valencia 1-0 (5-2 aggregate).
Athletico Bilbao got the first goal of the match through Markel Susaeta 17 minutes into the game. Ricky Van Wolfswinkel equalized for the visitors in the 44th minute but Ibai Gomez got another goal for Bilbao before the break.
Two minutes before the final regular time, Fernando Llorente got the winner for Athletic Bilbao to ensure that the match did not enter extra time.
Elsewhere, Atletico Madrid sealed an away victory against Valencia to move on to the final. The only goal of the match was scored in the 60th minute by Adrain.
Atletico Madrid will play against fellow Spanish club Athletico Bilbao in the final on May 9 in Bucharest, Romania.
