Torres gets first Chelsea hat-trick


Fernando Torres got his first Chelsea hat trick as the Blues beat Queens Park Rangers 6-1 at the Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Chelsea got their first goal seconds into the match through Daniel Sturridge and in the 13th minute John Terry scored to make it two.
Torres who has picked up his scoring boots got his treble in the 19th, 25th and 64th minute of the game.
Lorent Malouda came from the bench to get the sixth goal for Chelsea in the 80th minute while Djibril Cisse got a consolation goal for QPR in the 84th minute.
This result now sees Chelsea move to the fifth position ahead of Tottenham who will play later today against Blackburn.
Chelsea will be hoping to move top of Newcastle who currently top them with a point when they both meet on Wednesday.
